We believe that the sexual harassment at the workplace is a silent killer of an individual’s self-respect and an organization’s reputation and productivity, and the self-esteem of the individuals they engage with are greatly enhanced when their work environments are free from sexual harassment.
About Ashure
Ashure (an initiative of Lawmetrik) is focused on advisory services, training and solutions in the area of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the workplace (“POSH”). We help organizations create and maintain safe work environments by fostering practices that are in line with or better than those prescribed under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
What We Do
We address POSH through the following:
(a) Advisory Services: Compliance Assessments and Implementation; Drafting and Review of policies; procedures and compliance documents; Constitution of POSH committees; Advice on preventive measures; Assistance in handling specific incidents; and Board/ Executive-level inquiries.
(b) Training Services: Awareness sessions for employees, consultants and contractors; Capability building workshops for POSH Committee members on handling complaints; organisational readiness for senior management and HR.
(c) ashure Portal: A cloud-based tech solution that provides training, compliance, step-by-step management of complaints, automation of routine steps and case documentation as per legal procedures. It also trains POSH Committee members through case simulations.
Our Approach
Our advice is practical and helps reduce risk, cost and time. Our training programs are comprehensive, interactive and use case simulations (based on real-life cases) to convey important learnings.
