ASI Knowledge Organization (ASIKO) is a Management, Operations and Grant Consulting Organization, established by Senior Professionals having long experience of working at top positions in Government & Private Sector. The idea behind promoting such an organization was to provide specialized consultancy services to clients in public as well in private sector particularly to SMEs of the state to improve quality & efficiency of their operations through Business Process Re-engineering, Better Internal Control Systems & Risk Management and Employee Motivational Programmes. The Grant Consulting service aims at supporting NGOs and other organizations in having access to the grants/funds available from various national & international funding organizations. Grant/Proposal writing requires specialized skill for maximizing the chances of success. This vertical also provides Bid preparation and Bid Process Management Services. Another focus area for ASIKO which is also in a way is part of BPR is providing solutions for application of IT in e-goverence to bring transparency and accountability in the systems.
