At the center of our heritage is the Asila tree, growing on our family farms for generations under the Mediterranean sun. The 1,500 year-old tree has heard the stories of its farmers and offered shade to the memories formed beneath its branches. The tree has been a place where the locals would gather to share wisdom and bond over good food and laughter. Eventually we began to spread this joy to neighboring towns and cities with our freshest harvests.
For five generations, from father to son, our family has used traditional farming methods to grow and cultivate the land’s freshest most robust olives.
Asila products are hand made using our Grandmother’s artisanal recipes. We follow traditional farming methods and always use all natural ingredients.
Our cultivation process is committed to environmental preservation, sustainable agriculture, and fair working conditions so that our products, and the rich land they come from, can be enjoyed for years to come.
