Ask for Jake

In the wake of Jake McPhail's suicide in Braunton, Devon, Ask for Jake was created to train people in #mentalhealth support and awareness. RECOGNISE, ENGAGE, ACCEPT is a peer-to-peer support course created by Ask for Jake, for mental health and suicide awareness and prevention. The course is designed to help you to RECOGNISE, those around you who need support. To give you the confidence and tools to ENGAGE them to identify and name the concern. To help you ACCEPT your role, their mental health concerns and to empower them to seek the professional help they need.
