Our Founder and Director, Sonia Andre, originally from France, has worked in Food & Drink, Cereal Crops and Fresh Produce, in the technical, safety and quality arena, for over 25 years. Sonia is a qualified BRCGS Food Safety & ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and a IFS Recognised Consultant. She is also a BRCGS Approved Training Partner & Approved Virtual Trainer, a Highfield and a IFS registered trainer. Sonia holds a MSc in Agronomy and is a Fellow of the British Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST), as well as an IFST registered Food Safety Manager.
