Service-Learning and Youth Empowerment: Youth from schools and communities value serving and learning with people they would not otherwise interact with due to socioeconomic and physical barriers. The experiences and relationships that result from these intercultural service-learning opportunities enrich students academically and personally, resulting in more members of society who have the knowledge and will to confront societal inequities. School Leader Mentoring and Support: Coaching and developing school leadership, management, and design skills. Curriculum and Instructional Human-Centered Design: Identifying and meeting needs by learning how people experience systems and environments. Facilitating capacity building and professional development opportunities supporting personalized learning, competency based learning, and student-driven instruction.
