Buddy

With the advancement of technology, it is a matter of course that we are becoming more tech-savvy as a society. However, this is not the case for 72% of seniors in Germany, as they lack basic digital skills. To bridge the digital gap we created Buddy, an on-screen AI Chatbot that assists seniors with their digital problems. Seniors enter their request into Buddy, which processes the input and captures a screenshot of their screen. By analyzing the content of the screenshot, Buddy identifies the issue and provides clear, step-by-step instructions to help users resolve it on their own. Our goal with Buddy is to provide seniors with long term digital education, as well as help them navigate independently through digital devices.
