ASM was founded in 2013 by Aide Castro, former Mayor of The City of Lynwood, where she took the lead on the Council to pass a Cannabis Ordinance that has made Lynwood one of the most marijuana industry friendly cities in Los Angeles County while also providing significant benefits, employment and revenue to the local community.
