ASM was founded in 2013 by Aide Castro, former Mayor of The City of Lynwood, where she took the lead on the Council to pass a Cannabis Ordinance that has made Lynwood one of the most marijuana industry friendly cities in Los Angeles County while also providing significant benefits, employment and revenue to the local community. We help our partners navigate the heavily regulated and everchanging cannabis industry through our expertise in Licensing, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Brand Management, and all other functional areas needed to launch, improve, or expand our partner’s vision.
