We assist with translating policy to quality data through the following services. 1. Policy Implementation Policies which are currently in use, are broken down into simple daily activities. From direct patient care, to data collection tools and data reporting processes. Templates that promote and give daily guidance on policy implementation are also developed. 2. Data Management & Analysis Data management processes are discussed inline with related policies. Source documents, data elements, collection tools and health information systems are dealt with. Data usage, analysis and visualization skills are also covered. Templates for all these are also available. 3. Computer Skills These resources are specifically designed to help healthcare workers eliminate computer related frustrations. These include Excel (for data management), Word (report writing), PowerPoint (presentations) and Teams (virtual meetings). 4. Consulting Services It might happen that one needs assistance with other services that are currently not catered for in any of our services. We provide an opportunity to address those needs through consultation services. We meet, discuss the needs and together develop a plan of action.
