I have extensive experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and opinion work in the electronics, mechanical, automotive, MEMS, aerospace and medical device fields. I also provide litigation support, including claim charting, document analysis, standards review, assistance with witness report preparation, and general research.
I can also assist with patent management on a part-time basis. For example, if you presently work with a patent firm, I can commit to a number of days per month or quarter, during which I will help you work with your patent attorney more effectively. This arrangement can be very useful if your organisation presently doesn't have an experienced patent manager, but has multiple patent families in train.
