Our founding team has lived experience working within the intersectionality of race and disability, which lends to a unique understanding of systemic barriers. We’ve successfully worked with our employers and identified gaps in human resources services needed to support the potential of their Neurodivergent team members.

We cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with participants and employers in order to facilitate a transition into the workforce that’s mutually beneficial.
