Aspiras

Aspiras Foundation is an international organization founded in August 2016 in the Dominican Republic. Our mission is to use fútbol/soccer as a tool to raise awareness, educate and empower children in low-income communities. Our vision is that social and economic limitations do not impede our youth from working and dreaming for a better future for themselves, their communities, their country and our world. Since our beginnings, thanks to the effort of our marvelous team of staff, volunteers and friends we have: - Sponsored and worked with 14 clubs in 33% of the provinces of the Dominican Republic. - Established student organizations at US universities (Western Michigan University, Indiana University, Columbia University), and schools in the Dominican Republic (Saint Joseph School, Saint Thomas School), with a total of 50 student ambassadors. - Count with the support of our brand ambassadors like Brandon Bye (New England Revolution, Co-Founder Aspiras Foundation), Jonathan Faña (Pantoja FC, National Team of the Dominican Republic), Miguel Lloyd (Arabe Unido, National Team of the Dominican Republic), among others. - Collaborations with companies like Planeta Azul, Nuevo Cielo Sports Marketing, Papelería CCC, Coca-Cola, Avis Rent-A-Car, Boca Negra Bar, Forno Bravo. - Collaborations with non-profit organizations like Best Buddies, Charlie’s Foundation and Fundación Rica. - Celebrated the second edition of the Copa Aspiras, our annual fundraiser tournament in La Media Cancha of Santo Domingo. - Received and provided to our coaches more than 5,000 items such as balls, athletic shoes, uniforms, nets, goals, trash cans, notebooks and school supplies.
