A child of Vietnamese refugees, I have overcome many challenges in my personal and professional life. As a first-generation immigrant, I often found myself in groups where no one looked like me. I struggled with balancing a demanding career and making space for people and passions that mattered to me. Adversity drove me to venture into my personal growth.
