As an Executive & Life Coach, I support executives and leaders to reach their potential. With over 15 years of international corporate experience, my deep knowledge of Social and Emotional Intelligence complements my highly-accredited training as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach. Empowering leaders with critical data-driven insights, I help clients frame their stories and create actionable plans with metrics to measure progress and accountability throughout the process. Having served as the Vice President of Finance, I provided executive leadership to the CEO and C-Suite level executives by partnering with them to make strategic decisions and evaluate trade-offs to achieve sustainable financial results guided by values. As a corporate leader, I found significant meaning and fulfillment in coaching peers and direct reports to advance their careers, increase their energy, and navigate complex relationships. A child of Vietnamese refugees, I have overcome many challenges in my personal and professional life. As a first-generation immigrant, I often found myself in groups where no one looked like me. I struggled with balancing a demanding career and making space for people and passions that mattered to me. Adversity drove me to venture into my personal growth.
