About asf_AKGEC Skills Foundation

AKGEC SKILLS FOUNDATION, an initiative promoted by Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (AKGEC) in collaboration with National Skill Development Corporation to strengthen ‘Skill India’ mission launched by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India. The objective of this initiative is to encourage skill development for youth to align their technical competency to meet manpower requirement of modern Industries established under ‘Make in India’ initiative of Govt. of India. It also aims to nurture creativity and innovation in youth to promote Entrepreneurship. Under this initiative, Skill development activity for young aspirants, ranging from 8th/10th class onwards, Diploma/ITI and Graduate/ Post graduate in engineering & science including Industry employees at middle and senior level, are conducted. The developed skills help them to advance their career and enhance their employment opportunity in the field of Automation, Robotics, Manufacturing and Fabrication.
