Assembly Specialist INC. is a manufacturing and assembly business located in Painesville Ohio. Founded in 1982, Assembly Specialist began by supplying value added services, such as, assembly and packaging for manufacturing companies with limited work force, technology, and skilled labor. Today, we continue these services, allowing our customers to free up their workload. As time progressed, we saw a need for quality injection molded parts. We invested our resources to enter the injection molding industry. We currently specialize in injection molding, assembly, sonic welding, and more. Assembly Specialists offers turnkey solutions to our customers. We can assess your current manufacturing and assembly process and find solutions to any problems you may be experiencing. We will redesign your product to produce your part in the most efficient and cost-effective way. We pride ourselves in our ability to redesign, assemble, and package your product from beginning to end, saving you time and money. We can also provide a competitive quote on your product that is already being manufactured elsewhere. We have a large range of capabilities; from small runs and prototypes, to large runs of products used in the electronic, medical, automotive, aerospace, and consumer products industries. We are experienced in the use of engineering resins, thermally and electrically conductive plastics for specialized applications, as well as a variety of other materials.
