AssetPro Management was created in 2006 to meet the growing demand for premium Property Management services in the Condominium and HOA markets throughout the Philadelphia Region. The company oversaw all aspects of property management, including asset management, condominium association compliance, financial and fiscal management, and risk management. The management platform was built upon streamlined operational procedures, seamless and user-friendly technology systems, and a team of professionals working together towards the overall personal and professional success. Within 10 years, AssetPro Management grew its management portfolio to 36 communities throughout the Philadelphia area, consisting of a total of 4200 residential units and administered client annual operating budgets of more than $5million. We maintained these contracts by instilling important characteristics within our company and team members which include honesty, accountability, and complete transparency through open communication. AssetPro Managment was acquired in 2017.
