"We are ASISTEK Mobile Care, a startup based in Howrah,, West Bengal, specializing in mobile phone servicing. The journey began with me, Ratan Gain, the founder of Assistec Mobile Care. With 12 years of experience in the smartphone industry, working with companies like Vodafone, Gionee Mobile, and most recently, Vivo Mobile India, my primary focus was on sales. During my tenure at Vivo Mobile, I noticed a common urgency among customers when it came to mobile phone servicing. They required quick solutions and were reluctant to part with their devices for extended periods. Many sought same-day service without having to leave their phones at service centers or other locations. I observed that mobile phone users typically have two options when facing issues with their devices: they can either visit authorized service centers, which can be costly, often amounting to 40-50% of the handset's price for repairs, or opt for local repair shops, which may lack reliability and trustworthiness. This insight led to the inception of ASISTEK Mobile Care, aiming to bridge the gap by providing prompt, reliable, and affordable mobile phone repairing services, catering to both B2B and B2C customers."
