AT & B is a full service Air & Water Testing & Balancing Company servicing the Tri-State area since 1980. AT & B has a collective bargaining agreement with the Sheet Metal Workers International Association. In 2008, Kevin M. Lyons (founder) retired as President of Associated Test & Balance, at which time his son, Christopher J. Lyons took over the position as President. Christopher J. Lyons is a Owner/Member of S.W.M.I.A. Local No. 28 and a Graduate of S.U.N.Y Maritime College with a Bachelors in Facilities Engineering
