Association Executive Services has been established as a commercial organisation to support the growing needs of the not for profit sector in Australia. We provide full services to NFP organisations specializing in Associations. Our services range from secretariat services, event management to a complete consulting and training service. There are over 4000 associations in Australia providing a range services to their members and other stakeholders. Managing an Association requires a different skill set than managing for profit enterprises or government organisations. Association managers and committees must service the needs and expectations of their members, volunteers, committees and the general committee and yet ensure the organisation remains viable and relevant. This is a very demanding task and often very time consuming. The team at AES all have years of hands on experience working and managing all aspects of Association Management and fully understand the daily pressures and challenges faced by management committees, councils, governing boards and staff. Executive Director, Nick Koerbin heads up AES and is one of the most experienced Association Managers in Australia. He has over 20 years experience hands on experience as a CEO or Executive in the Not for Profit Sector. These included Financial Planning Association, Australian Human Resources Institute, Insurance Institute of Victoria, Golfing Managers Association, National Parts Code ( Automotive), Materials Australia (Materials Science & Engineering ) and Furniture Industry Association of Australia.
