L'Association Interprofessionnelle Melon, créée en 2009, fédère les opérateurs de la filière Melon.
L'AIM a pour mission :
- Améliorer la connaissance de la production et du marché
- Contribuer à une meilleure coordination de la mise sur le marché des produits et à une meilleure adaptation de l’offre à la demande du marché et des consommateurs
- Réaliser des actions de promotion du melon et de la filière auprès des consommateurs.
- Réaliser des études ou contribuer à des recherches visant à l’amélioration de la qualité des produits ou des conditions de production.
