We are an association of public and private stakeholders, advocating for an improved connectivity between the Auvergne region and Paris, Lyon, and other major European capitals. Through this collective and ongoing effort, we strive to highlight its strengths to all our partners and the government. Our objectives include: ● Enhancing the attractiveness of our region and its businesses; ● Improving the image of a metropolis connected with its environment; ● Bridging the gaps in treatment compared to other French metropolises; ● Being able to rely on regular, punctual, and comfortable trains to Paris and Lyon; ● Reducing the rail journey time between Clermont-Ferrand and Paris to 2 hours and 30 minutes by 2030; ● Offering the possibility of round trips between Clermont and Paris by plane in a day via Orly and Roissy.
