Association Tsiolkovsky was created by a group of young people with common interests and ambitions. In February 2004, the Association was authorized by the Bulgarian Court of Justice. The organization is assigned with the task to create projects that improve the life of the young people. The basic idea is to let young Bulgarians see and get acquainted with the rest of the World and especially Europe, to give them a chance to cooperate with international partners.
Our idea is to create network of capable young people with different abilities and ideas and to unite their efforts in the realization of projects with a public benefit.
A major priority in our organization is the space education. Space is the next frontier and we are determined to pursue it.
