Youth for Promotion of Development (YPD) is a non-profit association, of Cameroonian rights, registered under N°000246/RDA/ J06/A2/SAAJP/BAPP in Yaoundé, which works mainly in forestry, environment, socio-economics, agronomy, gender/minorities/indigenous and vulnerable populations. It was born out of the desire of a multidisciplinary group of young people, specialized in Forestry, Environment, Agronomy, Agroforestry and Gender, among others, to promote sustainable development in the Central African sub-region. The association's vision is to promote sustainable development in the Central African sub-region by reconciling the improvement of the living conditions of the populations and the sustainability of resources and wealth.
