L’Associazione degli Studenti di Scienze Politiche d’Italia (ASSP Italia) è nata il 22 novembre del 2014 dalla volontà di più associazioni di studenti di scienze politiche basate a livello locale e sparse per tutta l’Italia. ASSP Italia si prefigge l’obiettivo di raccogliere nel suo grembo tutte le associazioni e gli studenti di scienze politiche in Italia e unirli sotto la bandiera della conoscenza, dello studio, dell’iniziativa e della partecipazione nelle attività che verranno mano a mano proposte dalla nostra associazione. I principi cardine di ASSP Italia sono la sua apartiticità e la sua indipendenza, i suoi pilastri sono le realtà associative locali e la formazione degli studenti di scienze politiche su più livelli cognitivi e con nuovi approcci alla ricerca politologica. Tra le varie attività che verranno organizzate da ASSP Italia figurano convegni, conferenze, summer schools e viaggi di studio su base nazionale e la pubblicazione di una rivista scientifica insieme alla creazione di un think tank. The Association of Political Science Students of Italy (ASSP Italia) was born the 22nd of November 2014, thanks to the willingness of multiple locally based student political science associations spread around Italy. ASSP Italia’s main objective is to gather in its embrace all the student associations and the students of political science in Italy and unite them under the flag of knowledge, study, initiative and participation in the activities that will be suggested by our association. The core principles of ASSP Italia are its independence from political parties and its self-determination, while its pillars are the local associative realities and the education of students of political science on multiple cognitive levels and with new approaches in the field of political science research. Among the various activities that shall be organized by our association you can find conventions, conferences, summer schools and study trips on a national level and the publication of a scientific review as well as the creation of a think tank.
