Assure Physiotherapy is a home and on-site based physiotherapy service. Our goal is to enable people to manage pain, improve function, and take control of their physical wellbeing. We aim to provide a comfortable, personalised service within familiar or convenient surroundings to make the most out of your treatment. We offer an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation with our priority being to respect your needs and identify your goals for a realistic successful outcome. In a world that is moving towards digital and remote interaction, we offer a personalised, compassionate service which looks not only at the condition but the person behind the condition and their wants and needs. At Assure Physiotherapy we offer a wide range of services all provided in your home, care home or place of work. We believe that this comfort and accessibility for our patients allows for a more personalised and considerate approach to our treatments. It allows us to see how a client lives on a day-to-day basis and provides a brilliant opportunity to involve family or carers in treatment plans. Many clients with poor mobility due to frailty or surgery may be anxious or lack confidence leaving their home or in some cases may not have support to attend appointments - a home visit can bypass many of these barriers to treatment and get them back living the life they want.
