Assured Direct Care offers a wide range of medical services for infants, children, adults, and seniors. We’re here to help address all of your essential health and wellness needs. Our monthly health membership model (Direct Primary Care) works to provide year-round access to primary care. An affordable, fixed monthly fee gives our members convenient access to highly-personalized care and treatment plans. With us, you have transparent healthcare costs. No hidden costs. You know exactly what you will be paying each month because we're working together directly, instead of through an insurance company. We complete annual wellness and well-child exams, pre-participation physicals for youth sports, physical exams for employment-related services, and plenty of other medical assessments. We also perform minor in-office surgeries, such as skin biopsies and wart removal. In addition, we provide vaccinations for children and adults. Other primary care services include cholesterol or diabetes checks, or cancer screenings and recommendations. We work with patients to complete assessments for ADHD (for both adults and children) and evaluations for depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders that might be interfering with normal daily functioning.
