Astaldi Concessioni S.p.A., founded in 2010 and formerly fully controlled by Astaldi S.p.A., is a company specialized in the sector of large and strategic projects in transport infrastructure such as airports and road networks as well as healthcare facilities, acting as a concession operator of important project finance initiatives. According to the composition with creditors plan of Astaldi S.p.A. approved by the Court of Rome, Astaldi Concessioni has been merged and segregated into the Separate Unit of Astaldi S.p.A. established on May 24th, 2020, pursuant to article 2447-bis et seq. of the Italian Civil Code to the sole and specific purpose defined in the composition proposal. The company currently operates in Turkey and Chile.
