A project brief is developed with the client for single or multiple stores/ outlets with agreement reached on a questionnaire which reflects the data that the client wishes to obtain. The survey (face to face interviews) can be undertaken in store or externally in what we recognise as the stores catchment. A set number of surveys are agreed upon which are statistically viable, the field research is undertaken and then data processed, results analysed and a report/ action plan presented to the client.
