English below ASTRON Electronic GmbH ist ein 1997 von Mitarbeitern und Partner gegründeter ISO zertifizierter EMS-Dienstleister im Süden Kärntens/Österreich und bis heute in Privatbesitz. Wir haben uns auf die Bestückung von Prototypen, Einzelstücken bis hin zur Winzig Serie (max. 100 000 Bauteilen pro Produktionsauftrag) spezialisiert. Unsere Kunden lieben uns für die qualitativ hochwertige, perfekte Ausführung und kurze Lieferzeiten, weshalb unsere Bestückung mit flexiblen Bestückungsautomaten nahezu ohne Einschränkungen der Größe und Technologie der Leiterplatte, sowie Größe und Form der Bauteilen realisiert wird. Gelötet wird mit einer Dampfphasenlötanlage mit Vakuum Modul zur Reduzierung von Voids. Alle Mitarbeiter sind zertifizierten IPC Spezialisten für J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 und IPC 7711B/7721B. We are specialized in the assembly of prototypes, single pieces up to tiny batches (max. 100 000 components per production order). Our customers love us for the high quality, perfect workmanship and short delivery times, which is why our assembly is realized with flexible automatic assembly machines with almost no restrictions on the size and technology of the PCB, as well as the size and shape of the components. Soldering is done with a vapor phase soldering machine with vacuum module to reduce voids. All employees are certified IPC specialists for J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 and IPC 7711B/7721B.
