Astropolis vzw zal een wetenschapscentrum uitbaten waarin vooral ruimtevaart en sterrenkunde aan bod zullen komen. Er zullen tentoonstellingen georganiseerd worden, lezingen gegeven worden. In de 2 koepels zal waargenomen kunnen worden.
Een speciale focus zal liggen op de ruimtevaartindustrie uit Vlaanderen, België en Europa.
Daarnaast zal er ook ruimte zijn voor samenwerking met onderzoeksinstellingen rond bvb. spectroscopie, ...
