With near 40 years of experience in the industry,
We produce ceramic components for all steps of the semiconductor fabrication process including film deposition, photolithography, etching, and back end processes.
We specialize in ceramic end effectors, a critical component that transports the wafer during the semiconductor fabrication.
With high purity materials including alumina, silicon carbide, and others developed in-house, we handle the entire manufacturing process, from raw material to final machining, inspection, cleaning, and packaging to customer specifications--ensuring quality. We can produce parts up to 4 meters in length.
