The group was founded by Engineer Osama Alsayed in 1975 starting with a construction company. Mr Osama managed to grow his company into a very successful business. In the mid 80s Mr Osama started to diversify his investments into other sectors like manufacturing, retail, Real estate development, and financial investments.
In 2002 Asyad Holding group was established to manage the diversified portfolio of the family. Today Asyad has 4 main business units: Asyad Capital, Asyad real estate, Asyad aviation, and Asyad investments.
