We offer our customers a solid process in eight steps. From the startup meeting where we create a document of your company that we provide to our candidates. Continuing with a research within the current industry for the best talents. After our competency based interviews we present the top 3-5 candidates. If desired, we can also offer a comprehensive personality test with our psychologist. In addition, we can also provide a background check if desired.

For example, we are the first recruitment company in the world to get the Global Diversity Certification thru GDCF, which is The World Federation of United Nations Association’s exclusive global partner for engaging corporations in work on diversity issues.
