(American Toner Cartridge) The company then turned its direction into a consulting firm that functioned as IT department for client companies without a designated in-house technical team. Provided strategic technical direction and planning. Additional services provided: Virtual CIO and virtual IT department services. ATC was eventually acquired by Andover computer Corporation in 1997.
