We provide a complete solution - from the initial study to the subsequent after-sales service with spare parts supply. #SINGLE-PURPOSE MACHINES We design, develop and construct single-purpose equipment for various types of applications. Our portfolio includes the realization of various equipment designed for material handling such as: equipment for precise positioning/packaging of pallets designed to cooperate with a robot, rotary equipment ( 360°) designed for robotic labelling and packaging using vacuum elements or linear pressure, sequential dosing machine for peat wraps (wellness), stacker of pallets of different types and sizes, 90° transfer conveyor designed for moving/packaging of pallets, slide open gate, lift conveyor for transport/packaging of pallets. We do not offer a product, we offer a solution. #AIR CUSHIONS We provide transport and precision settling of machinery, equipment and production lines using unique air cushion technology in production and warehouse halls, exhibitions and trade shows. We have extensive experience in moving machines and entire production lines without disassembly with settling accuracy down to 1 mm. With a high load capacity of up to hundreds of tons and minimal specific pressure, the cushions are ideal for use on floors with special coatings, such as polyurethane or epoxy-based, as they do not cause damage to the floor. We manufacture custom specialty equipment using air cushions. We also sell the actual cushion sets for moving. #CONVEYOR COMPONENTS We have a wide range of ITOH DENKI electric rollers, ALWAYSE ball units, conveyor rollers and other components for building conveyors. #WORKSTATIONS We manufacture ergonomic workstations made of aluminium profiles, suitable for any operation.
