ATC Initiative

Allocate to China (“ATC”) Initiative ATC Initiative is a research-based communication platform bringing together global investors, asset managers and other stakeholders to share views and insights on various key themes relating to China capital market. ATC Initiative enables investors to voice their requests and concerns, and asset managers and service providers to come up with solutions. It is a continuous communication process through which all the participants will be able to drive and accelerate the trend of allocating to China at the very front and benefit from it. Our Strategic Partners and Professional Network Currently, we have four strategic partners that work closely in developing the Initiative. They are leaders in their own fields and complement each other’s skill set. The ATC Initiative event series is hosted by its strategic partners on a rotational basis in key financial centres. We have a strong network of international investors with an increasing interest in China market, including pensions, insurances, endowments, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, etc. We also work closely with leading asset managers, both global and local Chinese houses, with unique capabilities and skills to offer regarding China market. The Work Approach Working closely with global investors and asset managers, we identify key investment themes in relation to China capital market and develop them into workstreams. We organize focus group meetings, investor-manager dialogues, roundtable discussions and other formats of communication sessions to facilitate insight contribution from different stakeholders for each workstream. The outcomes of these well-researched workstreams will be presented to the wider investment community, the regulators and the media, in a variety of formats.
