ATCS Capital Infrastructure (ATCSCI) is a District of Columbia (DC) multidisciplinary consulting firm providing professional engineering, environmental, program/construction management, transportation, surveying, water/wastewater, and emergency management services to federal, regional and local government agencies. ATCSCI was formed in 2017 to better serve our clients and advance the developments and revitalization efforts in the District. Our team of highly experienced professionals have over 20 years of experience working in DC and on local projects.
