ATEA Ambalaj is an industrial packaging products and services supplier, privately held and based in Balikesir / Turkey , the company was founded in 2010 by experienced FIBC professionals, who started the company with a vision of “being the preferred industrial packaging company worldwide”. Since then, ATEA has grown from a small packaging company into a worldwide known and industry recognized bigbag/fibc/industrial packaging materials supplier with more than 15,000 bigbags/day capacity. ATEA is represented worldwide by reputable and experienced local distributers. As a packaging technology and product innovator, ATEA is able to provide its valuable customers with innovative products and services designed to complement their existing businesses. ATEA serves customers ranging from smallest end users to the biggest chemical groups worldwide. ATEA is listed in the first 20 textile products exporters in its region. In March 2013 ATEA started to operate from its state of the art FIBC conversion plant in Kepsut / Balikesir where its existing contracted production workshops are. This brandnew and modern conversion plant is powered by well known industrial textile company Yersa A.S. and ATEA Enerji AS. Premium quality PP/PE materials are used in ATEA products. In 2016 ATEA opened its new plant in Yenikoy /Balikesir. The plant is equipped with state of the art technologies for making FIBC components and 25-50 kg PP woven sacks in house. Flat weaving, blown film PE extrusion, liner conversion, yarns and cords knitting and clean room FIBC conversion , PP/PE recycling has started in the 50,000 m2 plant. This new plant will also be running on solar power soon.
