Atecsol was founded in 2000 by highly skilled professionals personnel with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing industrial goods and equipment. It was originally set up to provide the technical solutions to comply with the manufacturing requirements of the nuclear sector. Our know-how, along with the strong commitment to diversity allowed us in 2005 to start offering services and products with high quality standards to other areas such as the energetic, water treatment and oil&gas sectors. Located in the north of Spain, we have a supplier and international network that stand Atecsol as a reference in its sector. We have an experienced technical human team, including an International Welding Engineer and personal with formation and qualification in NDEs, with design capabilities, planning and project follow-up, so as quality requirements assurance. MANUFACTURING SERVICES Precision boilerwork according to Standards and Codes such as ASME VII div.1 y div.2, TEMA, PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) 97/23 CE y CODAP among others. Pressured vessel and heat exchangers. Mechano-welded constructions Internal parts of equipment (cyclons, feed-water rings, spare plates, tubing…) Spool pipes Special welds (Cobalt, bronze, niquel, aluminum, titanium, silver…) WELD OVERLAY SERVICES Automatic continuous welding processes: GTAW, GMAW, SAW. Core cladding (weld overlay) capability FROM 1 ½” Guarantees of low dilution welding processes. ELBOWS and TES weld overlay possibility. Corrosion weld overlay and hard-facing weld overlay. Atecsol has over 200 welding procedures qualified in accordance with international standards such as ASME IX, ISO-15614, NORSOK o CAHE. Furthermore we have a technical team and collaboration network that allow taking on complex welding processes.
