Atelier Basi

We are a group of college students running an online program for high school students in Japan applying to schools abroad since April 2020, with hopes of making this traditionally exclusive option more accessible to students of all backgrounds. While many new scholarships have made college tuition less of an obstacle for many students considering US/UK schools, the non-straightforward and everchanging nature of the application processes themselves, conjoined with a lack of informed teachers, has traditionally weeded out students who lack the resources to receive professional help elsewhere. At Atelier Basi, we're hoping to aid these students as mentees and NOT as a portfolio of "Ivy League/Oxbridge hopefuls", instead offering general sessions, creative workshops, essay editing, and personal consultation suited to their needs at no cost.
