Atelier III, an emerging design practice lead by young Architects Syed .M. Annas & Mahrosh Mumtaz, is a group of talented and highly qualified individual in Architecture and Interior design. The firm is committed in conventional Architecture Techniques for Residential, Retail, Commercial, Cooperate & Academics to Interior Design & Landscaping. Our design values are modern yet with a tinge of traditional expression of materials, finishes, light and space are serene while also being reflective of the characters and requirements of our client. We believe that designing a small space is a big challenge and everybody deserves access to a good design. Innovation and creativity is a derivative of balancing the design. Our primary goal is to create a strong sense of place, by enhance ing or transforming the existing site in a unique and provocative way. We search the context of each project individually for clues that inspire a formal idea about issues of organization, scale, and location that provoke a strong dialogue with its setting.
