Atha

Atha is a Sanskrit word that roughly translates to “Now”. It indicates a commitment on the part of the student and the teacher to be aware of the exchange of knowledge that is about to take place. We will focus on rehabilitating the body to be able to achieve its full function again. Our products include yoga and dance programs in which the clients can track their progress and find the style or movement pattern they would like to improve.
