With more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry under her belt, Louise created Athena Paraplanning out of her desire to offer a bespoke financial services administration solution which would result in the best outcomes for advisers and their clients.
Having worked as an IFA, network affiliated adviser and a paraplanner, Louise can offer a unique insight into paraplanning and the needs of advisers. She firmly believes that her first hand experience of providing face to face advice, along with her exceptional technical knowledge, allow her to truly understand the role of a paraplanner, allowing the adviser to focus their time where it is most needed - in front of their clients.
From customer relationship management, gathering provider information and dealing with providers on your behalf, to generating compliant suitability reports, cash flow forecasting and business submission, we can meet all your back office needs.
Specialising in investments and pensions (including switches), and with a particular interest in estate planning and long term care.
Technically astute with a sound knowledge of cash flow modelling, many back office systems such as Iress, software including Selectapension, Dynamic Planner and Analytics, and well versed in whole of market research, platforms and providers.
Working with IFAs and networks, including True Potential, Quilter and others. Covering the length and breadth of the UK.
