Founded in 2002, Athena East is a social media services and online community management firm. Social Media Services: We Listen: We help companies report on and analyze conversations relative to their products, industry, and competitors. We Engage: We create and execute engagement programs through Twitter, FB and other social media platforms that build awareness of new initiatives, build followers/fan base/customer loyalty, and engages and supports their customers, We Cultivate: Our engagement programs also help capture users into CRM and drives sales by being present at purchase intent. Online Community Management: For companies that maintain discussion boards, blogs, online newsletters, FB pages, etc.., we coordinate their moderation, reporting, user support, content development, and editorial management. We handle the day-to-day management while our client’s oversea strategy and big picture. Some current and recent campaigns we’re working on: Intel’s Lifescoop campaign, Microsoft’s ExecTweets, American Cancer Society’s More Birthdays campaign, AT&T’s Title Tweets, and Kohler’s h2o Innovations campaign.
