ATHENA (W)omen (E)mpowered

Athena Women Empowered (Athena WE) is the first Athena International collegiate chapter in Florida seeking to develop collegiate women to achieve their full potential both professionally and personally. Athena WE is a brand new registered student organization at the University of Central Florida founded in May 2016. The ATHENA Leadership Model® identifies eight distinct principles that are reflective of women’s contributions to leadership and these principles serve as the building blocks for future success.
