Athlete Interactions

Mental health has been a recent hot topic in sport. Athlete Interactions is here to make sure that this movement does not fizzle out, but instead snowballs into an avalanche that transforms how we think, talk and act on mental health in elite sport. Athlete Interactions’ Mission: 1. Create a community that offers aspiring, elite and retired athletes a safe space to talk, 2. Normalise the conversation about mental health in sport, understanding that mental health problems are not another barrier to be pushed through, 3. Educate coaches on how to support athletes’ mental health to help them succeed in sport and life. We are based in the UK, but have volunteers from, and support athletes from, all over the world.
