APA owner Daz Drake has over 15 years experience in elite sport with a passion for coach education and development of the APA Method to ensure more players are physically prepared to meet the demands of the game now and in the future.
APA holds education as a priority among staff members. All full-time staff are UKSCA Accredited Strength & Conditioning Coaches (ASCC) or actively working towards achieving it.
