Our programs include: - AR-FIT: 60-min full-body circuit training for adults at all levels of fitness with a focus on developing functional strength, balance, and coordination between major muscle groups. - Acceleration: 60-min training for athletes 12+ through college with a focus on increasing speed, power, agility, and injury-reducing stability. - Ignition: 60-min training for younger athletes (7-11) who are growing rapidly and need to develop the fundamental movement skills, balance, and coordination that will launch them toward future success in sports. - Personal Training: 60-min private or semi-private training sessions catered to adults and student athletes searching for the ultimate customized program. - Return 2 Play: Our ACL Bridge Program "bridges" the gap between the completion of post-op physical therapy and an athlete regaining functional independence required to return to sport.
