The sports industry is one of the largest and most dominant industries in the world, ranging from the youth to professional levels. Millions of individuals worldwide call themselves “athletes”. Yet, how are athletes truly measured? Almost all meaningful stats in our world have a standardized value of measurement: the SAT score, credit score, IQ score, for example. All of these tests can be shared amongst multiple parties as the criteria for consistent and standard measurement enabling an informed decision. Athletic Standard’s approach is simple and proven from over 30 years of validating data (and many championships). Athletes and coaches want to know where players stand on a competitive level. Through the tests and data feedback, the athletes are able to identify their strengths and weaknesses, as well as having a score that can be compared to all other athletes worldwide that have been tested by Athletic Standard. This data is not only beneficial for the individual athlete, but for the team, the coach, the athletic director, recruiting agents, and personal trainers.
