Atiresh provides an 'end to end' building safety solution for clients who own, manage and develop multiple occupancy residential buildings (MORBs). We have designed the Golden Thread Asset Management (GTAM) process and the Golden Thread Digital Asset (GTDA) software tool to securely store accurate, reliable key digital building safety information which complies with the new building safety regulations. Uniquely, the Digital Asset is owned by the Building Owner/ Developer for a minimum period of 15 years to meet the new Building Safety Bill 2020 and the proposed amendments to the Defective Premises Act 1972. We exist to protect the Building Owner/ Developer, the proposed asset and provide assurance to residents that their home has been constructed to meet the highest quality and safety standards.
